Bonfire Night and Pool in The Social

Took the Camera out to the annual fireworks on Woodhouse Moor this year.

Fireworks can be a bit “Meh” in photography, as it is all to common to just get som blured lights which don’t really tell much of a story. I tried to step back with a 50mm lens and situate some of the shots a little more which has worked quite well.

We went for some drinks after, and this is where I atually got some stuff I am quite proud of – albeit in quite a different vein to much of my work, but quite like the Burlesque shots I took in the Brudenell earlier in the year with the 50mm Canon lens and no flash giving quite a noice, sightly seedy vibe to the shots.
