Meanwood Road Urbexing

When thinking of Meanwood, the park is of course the defining factor for many, or The Beck which defines the valley. The Beck, of course, flows down the side of Meanwood Road towards Sheepscar eventually reaching the River Aire. Along this path, has been various industry, for very many years. The relainace of the water power of The Beck has of course long gone, and it is now culverted in both open and covered channels lower down to the river, but many industrial buildings survive, both in use and derelict.

I walked down and around Buslingthorpe Lane, and to Sheepscar Junction to explore and obtain these images.
