This is a (very) long term project to walk and shoot the full network of canals as extends from Leeds through West Yorkshire. Of course there are two unresolved issues to this project, The First is that while there are two canal routes from Leeds (The Leeds and Liverpool Canal, and the Aire and Calder Navigation) these of course branch and become other Yorkshire Canals, and these then leave Yorkshire (for example, to navigate the Huddersfield Narrow one soon reaches Greater Manchester). The Second is that as a long term project the landscape around the canals continually changes, as such the project becomes arguably uncompletable, as it is set within an ever progressing temporal framework.
